RESISTIRÉ is running a series of workshops with experts from all over Europe to collect insights and information about the impact of Covid-19 policies on women and other vulnerable groups.
The workshops take place during the second half of June and focus on the policy domains covered by the project, including the gender care gap, environmental inequality, gender-based violence, work and labour market, economy, gender gap in salary and pensions, decision making and politics, and fundamental rights. The objective is to identify the most relevant behavioural, economic and social inequalities resulting from policy responses to the COVID-19 crisis. The workshops will also facilitate the recruitment of informants to collect personal narratives that will inform the qualitative analysis.
Representatives from RESISTIRÉ and a wide network of national experts from the EU27, the UK, Serbia, Iceland, and Turkey are involved in the workshops. The first project results will be available at the end of the first project cycle, feeding results to the following cycle and sharing their insights for further research.
